II. Appointments & Personnel
- Motion to Appoint New Board Member: Proposal to appoint Karl Steere to fill the vacancy through December 31, 2026.
- IT & Website Consulting: Motion to appoint Dan Hernandez as the Town’s computer, printer, and website consultant.
- Planning Board Updates: Acknowledge the resignation of Ann Cannon from the Planning Board.
III. Financial & Operational Business
- Website Hosting: Motion to terminate the annual hosting contract with, effective with 30 days' notice.
- Equipment Procurement:
- Resolution to authorize the Town Clerk to purchase six (6) new computers and associated software, not to exceed a set budget, to replace outdated systems (specifically for the ZEO, Clerk, Supervisor, Assessor, and Highway Superintendent).
- Investigation and potential replacement recommendation for the Kyocera printer to ensure air-print compatibility.
- Highway Department:
- Update on the purchase of two new plow trucks (Resolution 4 of 2026).
- Discussion on seeking bids for heating fuel oil.
- Update on the NYMIR equipment inventory renewal.
- Reports & Committees
- Comprehensive Plan: Presentation and review of the Comprehensive Plan report dated April 8, 2026.
- Advisory Committees: Formal establishment of committees for Communication, Business, Finance & Training, Land Use, Building, Grounds & Safety.
- Watershed Committee: Report from the Village Watershed Meeting regarding the $50 annual charge for lake-zone septic owners.
- Upcoming Training & Events
- NYPF Annual Conference: Discussion on attendance for the April 19-21 conference at the Otesaga Hotel.
- Spring Road Show: Scheduled for April 16th at 6:00 PM at the Town Hall.
- NYSEG Information Event: Scheduled for April 23rd at 6:00 PM at the Clark Sports Center regarding bill comprehension.
