NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Otsego Town Board will be holding a Public Hearing on June 10^th at 6:45 PM at the Town Building at 811 County Highway 26, Fly Creek, NY 13337 regarding the Town of Otsego’s Comprehensive Plan. 

The draft of the Comprehensive Plan can be found on the Town of Otsego’s website, or is available in the Town Clerk’s office. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Otsego Town Board will be holding a Public Hearing on July 8^th at 6:45 PM at the Town Building at 811 County Highway 26, Fly Creek, NY 13337 regarding amending the fine for violating Local Law #1 of 2001, No Wake Law, from $50 to $250. 

The current law can be found on the Town of Otsego’s website, or is available in the Town Clerk’s office. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Otsego Town Board will be holding a Public Hearing on July 8^th at 7:00 PM at the Town Building at 811 County Highway 26, Fly Creek, NY 13337 regarding adopting a local law regulating the operation of wakeboard watercraft on Otsego Lake within the Town of Otsego. 

The draft of the law can be found on the Town of Otsego’s website, or is available in the Town Clerk’s office. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
